More opportunities to build and create, deconstruct and discover are coming this fall when our makerspace relocates and expands to the second-floor gallery space overlooking the Inner Harbor.

Renewed Demo Stage
A new, larger Demonstration Stage on the third floor will accommodate more visitors in a flexible space, meaning even more of the educator-led science explorations that you love during your visits.
Honoring Our History
Explore the history of the Maryland Science Center through a timeline exhibit featuring archival photos, videos, and a year-by-year look at how the Science Center has grown and evolved since our opening in 1976.
